Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of one or more goods, this also applies to total or partial deliveries. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (garego Artprints – Gabriela Goronzy, Mathildenstr. 8, 20357 Hamburg, Germany, info@garego.de, phone: +49 40 439 14 16) a clear statement (e.g. a statement with the letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this, but this is not mandatory of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from: that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us or customs and import fees, import taxes) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some types of goods are non-returnable. Perishable goods such as groceries, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given:

  • Book with clear signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
  • All items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you’re approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@garego.de.

Sale item

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Special offer/sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@garego.de and send your item to: garego Artprints, Gabriela Goronzy, Mathildenstr. 8, 20357 Hamburg, Germany.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will notify you of your return.

Returns

To return your product, please send it to: garego Artprints, Gabriela Goronzy, Mathildenstr. 8, 20357 Hamburg, Germany.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your exchanged product to reach you. If you are returning more expensive items, you can use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
