First of all, we would like to point out that the papers, dyes, chemicals and other materials used in our raw materials and manufacturing processes, like other dyes, may change slightly over time, sometimes even from one production batch to the next. In particular, changes occur over time due to high temperatures, high humidity – or their large fluctuation – as well as solar radiation. To ensure that you enjoy our products in the long term, you should not expose photographs, laminations and frames to direct sunlight, in whole or in part, do not hang directly above heaters and do not expose them to atmospheric moisture levels above normal living spaces.
Photographs, laminations and frames are therefore not suitable for outdoor use, cellars, bathrooms and kitchens. Liner with UV protection film or acrylic glass and wooden frame are very scratch and stain sensitive and should therefore only be handled with gloves or a similar protection.
A 100% identical color reproduction can not be achieved. Screens may differ depending on the manufacturer and settings, in the color reproduction. The colors displayed on the screens may differ slightly from the printed products.

For all orders via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs, the following terms and conditions apply.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. 7. Prices and terms of payment

Unless otherwise stated in the product description of the seller, the prices quoted are total prices, VAT is not indicated (small business regulation § 19 1 USTG). Additional delivery and shipping costs are specified separately in the respective product description.

8. Delivery and shipping conditions

In addition to the stated product prices shipping costs are added. For details on the amount of shipping costs, please see the offers and the page shipping costs. The delivery of the goods takes place on the way to the delivery address indicated by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the order processing of the seller is decisive.
The shipping is commissioned by the printing company that has the order of the printing; you will receive a Confirmation e-mail with the shipment number and can view the shipment status.
If possible, everything is delivered in one shipment. We are entitled to partial deliveries, as far as this is reasonable for you. If we fulfill your order by partial deliveries, you will only receive shipping costs for the first partial delivery.
Delivery times within Germany vary depending on the product; Prints are 7-10 working days, framed products are 10 – 15 working days from the order date. Our delivery countries and the resulting shipping costs can be found in our shipping costs table in the online shop and also on our page Shipping and delivery time. For non-EU countries, depending on the country of delivery, you may be charged customs fees, import sales tax as additional costs, and extended delivery times. These vary from country to country. Pickup is not possible for logistical reasons. We do not deliver to packing stations.

9. Transport damage

For consumers:
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors as soon as possible to the deliverer and please contact us immediately. The failure to file a complaint or contact has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us claim our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
For entrepreneurs applies:
The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration will be transferred to you as soon as we have delivered the item to the shipper, the carrier or the person or institution otherwise responsible for carrying out the shipment. For merchants, the duty to inspect and to reprimand, which is regulated in § 377 HGB (Commercial Code), applies. If you refrain from doing so, the goods are deemed to have been approved unless they are defects that were not identifiable during the inspection. This does not apply if we have fraudulently concealed a defect.

If the seller in advance, he reserves the right to the ownership of the delivered goods until full payment of the purchase price owed.

11. Warranty

It is the statutory liability law; we are liable for defects according to the relevant statutory provisions. If there is a defect during the examination or later, we must be notified immediately in writing. The notification is deemed to be immediate if it takes place within two weeks, whereby the timely dispatch of the advertisement is sufficient to meet the deadlines. Individual products may be excluded from the voucher action, provided that a corresponding restriction results from the content of the action voucher.
Action vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the order process. Subsequent offsetting is not possible.
When ordering, several action vouchers can be redeemed.
The value of the goods must at least equal the amount of the action voucher.
Any remaining balance will not be refunded by the seller.
If the value of the action voucher is insufficient to cover the order, one of the remaining payment methods offered by the seller may be selected to settle the difference.
The balance of an action voucher is neither paid in cash nor interest.
The action voucher is only intended for use by the person named on it. A transfer of the action voucher to third parties is excluded. The seller is entitled, but not obliged, to check the substantive eligibility of the respective voucher holder.
